主讲内容：
The topic of this report is to introduce how to identify novel molecular targets and small molecule inhibitors for cancer therapy or chemoprevention. Research is directed at cGMP phosphodiesterase inhibition as a mechanism to suppress oncogenic signaling and induce selective apoptosis of tumor cells ， such as colorectal,breast, and lung cancer.
